Sports center security system

We are currently undertaking an intelligent transformation project in collaboration with the New Taipei City Sports Center’s gym, aimed at enhancing safety and convenience. This installation involves various sensing devices, as well as integrating the existing Zhongxing security system with new equipment. Our goal is to create a stable and efficient Z-Wave network environment to ensure smooth operation of all devices. Below are the installation strategy and implementation details.

Site Configuration and Equipment Layout

In this installation, we first referred to the existing Zhongxing security device placement. Since these devices already cover the main areas effectively, we decided to build upon this foundation to ensure compatibility between the new devices and the existing system.

Gateway Installation:

  • Gateway 1 will be installed in the lobby to ensure signal coverage for the main area.
  • Gateway 2 will be installed near the hypoxic training room to address the signal issue between the room and the lounge.

Sensor Configuration:

  • Door/Window Sensors: One sensor will be installed on each of the three doors in the lobby, as well as on the doors of the dance room, weight training room, consultation room, lounge, and women's restroom.
  • 4-in-1 PIR Sensor: Installed in the lobby, weight training room, and dance room to provide comprehensive monitoring.
  • Fire Alarm Responder: Installed in the lobby and weight training room to ensure timely fire alerts.
  • Other Equipment:
    • U-bell: Installed in the lobby or front desk area.
    • Indoor Siren: Installed near the lobby area.

Through this layout and adjustment, we ensure that the gym's intelligent system is effectively upgraded and expanded within the existing security framework. This installation not only enhances overall safety but also provides customers with a more intelligent and convenient management experience. We will continue to monitor the system's performance and make adjustments and optimizations as needed to ensure all devices operate at their best efficiency.
